I started out modding for performance until the
bling bug bit me ... now its only ridden in the good weather and right
now is in the shop recovering from a bashing. I have had to buy another
ZRX (a 1200S) as my workhorse whilst the showpony gets the velvet glove
treatment. Favorite mod - all my engine work. Fav bling.. my wheels. Engine - Wiseco hi comp pistons, & 1109 big bore kit, head modded and ported, Kehin flatslide 39mm carbs, K&N Pods, ZZR1100 cams, Muzzy Megaphone 150 Hp as Dyno'd. Dyno: http://www.dynobike.com/zrx1100.htm My least favorite mod.... the gold engine oil filler cap...it leaked and was a bugger to tighten. Nicoshine finish on the swingarm, brake calipers, rearsets, passenger footpegs & mounts, Passenger grabrails, entire Muzzy Megaphone and ..... a bloody lot of nuts & bolts. Gold anodized handlebars, bar clamps, eccentric axle rear brake torsion rod, gear and brake levers, (engine bolts to come). Alloy polishing and colourshine finish on the wheels, brake hangers & drive sprocket carrier. Front forks rebuilt, rebuilt rear shocks, Stainless steel brake and clutch lines.... Mettisse rearset footpegs, JMV concept bellypan & a Mr. Wog seat! |
