This replaces the ugly rubber "Head to pan" oil line. 

These are high quality Earl's hose with anodized fittings. 
It fits both the ZRX1100 and ZRX1200. 

The hose is stainless braided "perform-o-flex". 

The installation is easy: 
You drain your oil, remove the old lines, and replace a lower adapter bolt, 
add the new lines and torque the two banjo bolts (You re-use the UPPER bolt) 
to spec (18-ft. lbs. for the upper bolt and 10ft. lbs. on the lower BLUE bolt) 
and add oil. 

The price is $85.00 (One hose, one stainless steel adapter, the crush washers, banjo bolts, and a chafe guard sleeve complete with installation instructions) delivered in the U.S. or Canada.

After MANY experiments with stainless water hoses I have come to the conclusion..... 
Stainless "overbraid" is the way to go. 

The two sizes braided stainless hose I have access to are VERY difficult to work with. 
The size 18 is too small in I.D. and the size 20 is too large in I.D. 
They are also difficult to bend and tend to rub on your tank. 

I am putting together an alternative kit consisting of the following: 

4 feet of stainless overbraid that slips over your stock hoses. 
(This will be enough to do all FOUR coolant hoses on the ZRX). 

3 Earl's aluminum Econ-o-fit clamps (Available in Chrome, Red, or Blue) 

5 Stainless hose clamps (To do the areas you cannot see like the under tank hoses - These are MUCH nicer than the stock Kawi pieces) 

1 small roll of silver duct tape (Helps you keep the end you are working on attached to the rubber hose and keeps the overbraid from unraveling). 

The advantage to this kit is you will be able to do all four coolant hoses on your ZRX. 
The fit is as good as O.E. because you use your existing rad hoses. 
The overbraid does not adversely stress the radiator inlet tubes 
(The stiff stainless braided lines can be very hard on these) 
It's less money than the "other" Kits ($85.00 delivered in the U.S. and Canada vs. $140.00 plus shipping for the other style kits).

This aluminum bracket moves one horn behind the fairing.
It mounts to the front brake line splitter block using stock hardware and works with stock or dual aftermarket brake lines.
The stock rubber grommet is used so the horn will still be rubber mounted, and no changes to bikes wiring are needed.
I like this location because the horn cannot be seen (when standing) yet it is fully audible.

Factory Pro makes a jet/filter kit referred to as the 2.5 kit.
With this kit the rear airbox (filter housing) is removed and replaced with a single large K&N filter.
The down side is once the rear airbox is removed the top of the battery is left exposed and there is no place for the battery door to snap into.
My cover fixes this problem and covers the holes left on the sides when the airbox is removed.

The cover is made from light gauge aluminum but is rigid when mounted.
No modifications to the bike are needed.
Four small holes must be drilled in the plastic and stainless steel screws are provided.

I made this in response to the many requests I've received asking for something that will secure the bottom of the radiator when the stock shrouds are removed. 

The tether is through bolted to the stone screen mounting tab with a lock nut. The stock floating "nut" clip and sheet metal screw are not used. In order for both sides of the stone screen mounts to match I supply h/w for left side also. The tether is made from .090 Aluminum sheet and all stainless hardware is supplied, this includes 3 button head screws, 2 lock nuts and 2 washers. All tethers are black powder coated.

This kit is designed to clean up the rear area of your ZRX1100 or 1200. The fender is cut completely off and replaced with an aluminum "pan" that has accommodations for the tag and directionals. Brackets for the directionals bolt on to the pan and are available for stock or aftermarket signals. 

Two different sets of mounting holes are provided to accommodate different length stalks. Unlike other fender eliminator kits the bikes tool box is retained with this kit. 

WARNING! This is not a bolt-on. The fender and the recessed area that houses the igniter box must be cut off. Igniter box must be piggy-backed on to the tool box. Though basic instructions are provided, some of the smaller details if the install must be worked out by the installer. Anyone installing this kit should have basic mechanical ability. 

All hardware (mostly stainless) to do the job is provided. This includes screws to relocate igniter box, screws to mount tag, rubber grommets for signal wiring and more. All kits get black powdercoat.

"Pods" are one of the three or so air filter options that are available for the ZRX.
The entire airbox is removed and replaced with four individual K&N filters. 

Removal of the airbox leaves a big hole that exposes the under seat storage area.
This "tray" fills that opening and expands the storage area.
Removing the rear airbox also leaves no place for the battery door to attach to,
this tray has a slot so the battery door snaps in just like stock. 

The tray is made from light gauge aluminum and installs in minutes.
The only drilling that is required is four small holes in the plastic at the rear.
No other modifications to the bike are needed. All kits come in black powder coat.

You must be running pod air filters and have the airbox completely removed to use this kit. 
The purpose of this mod is to greatly increase the under-seat storage area by lifting the battery out of it's stock location and placing it on top of the rear part of the motor. The battery leads are more than long enough to accommodate this move. In order to do this a 6x1.5 in notch must be cut into the plastic front edge of the storage area. Two of the crankcase breather cover mounting bolts are used at the front and four small screws tie it to the plastic at the rear. Nylon spacers are used to quell vibrations and lift the battery about 3/16ths off the crankcase breather cover. 

The part is made of light gauge aluminum. All hardware, foam rubber to isolate battery, rubber edge trim to prevent wire chafing and instructions are provided. All kits are provided in black powdercoat.

Passenger footpeg extenders drop the rear pegs about 3 1/2" to 4" and move the feet to a more comfortable riding position for the passenger. 

We have tested these all summer and they work great. Remember - if you use these extenders the stock peg will not work; you will have to have a bolt-in type footpeg. Extenders use existing hardware to attach to the stock bracket.
