how to re-direct to another thread?

I see on occasion that people are able to redirect info from another post so how do I do that? It might say click here and when you do its another thread or location.

Open another browser window and go to the thread you want to redirect to. Copy the URL (http://www.zrxoa.org/forums/.......) by selecting it and hitting Ctrl-C.

Switch back to the other browser. WHen you hit new thread or reply and your typing your message, at the top you see a button "http://", click it. It pops up a message that says enter the text - Click here works. Hit ok, it pops up another message that says type in the URL. Delete the http:// that's there already and paste in (Ctrl-V) and hit ok.

It sounds harder than it actually is.
    Yea, I paid!
