    Would anyone be willing to assist me with an avatar?

    I still do not know how to do this after trying several times but have the perfect idea for me.

    I am kidded about keeping "my toolbox welded" (so I can't make mechanical adjustments).

    So I need an avatar of a welded toolbox that definitely shows LARGE welds keeping it closed and the words "welded shut by the collective" underneath in GREEN.

    Is such a thing plausible? What grunt work might I do to assit the process?

    Many thanks for the consideration as my avatar is growing old.

    I have made avatars before but I'll be darned if I can get this new one small enough. I tried making the dimensions right and reducing the quality to 50% and it's still too big. Anybody willing to help me resize it properly?

    OK I understand the 50 posts rule

    But what is up with the "Licensed to Post"? Is that dropped after 50 posts. I had a reply deleted how and why is that. It was a simple honest question totally clean and directly pertaining to the subject. The first day it was there and next time I checked it was gone. Please let me know why this would happen.
