    Billet Oil Pan

If so built a billet oil pan is there any interest?

I doubt it would be super cheap, it would be bad ass!

Is there anything the stocker is lacking? Can we make it better?

Or a billet valve cover without the emission pair stuff on it to be lighter but more bling. Just thinking out loud. Glad to see your feeling better & things are looking better. Happy Thanksgiving.

I would definitely entertain the thought of a billet oil pan providing there was enough interest to keep the cost down

I would think about it if we could reduce the sump depth?

Valve cover and clutch covers would be cool also.

    Great for the dragstrip.
    Not so great for wheelie-ers.

You could pick the good parts from a Concours oil pan.

If price is $500 plus interist would probably drop and $700 plus really drop.

Here's a Wheelie cover, from Webike, not sure if they are still available but there are some ideas for making one.

I have a 1200 valve cover and an oil pan you can have.

I think the oil pan is not worth it, changing it out with the engine still in the bike is a true pain in the ass. Taking the engine out just to do this, is not an option. So with the cost that I can only guess will be high, I'd pre-sell this one before starting on it.

Now the valve cover, that I can't wait for.

1200 valve cover for sure. Make it like the Wherlie one with your own Pulse Performance touches of course.

The giant logo on the Wheelie one turns me off. I donít mind logos, but theirs is cheesy.

    Re: Billet Oil Pan

The only reason I've been pushing the thought of billet valve cover is it will be the first thing eye poping out engine detail wise & plus if you could shave a lb. or two without the pair clutter would keep the zrx less top heavy & keep it down low where it belongs.

The concours oil pan & pickup option would be an option for budget minded folks with tried & true results. But I also agree with Kwick on the low sump for street or track days. Jmho!!!

That K-factory pan is beautiful but for the price you can't beat a used $45 connie pan.

My thoughts exactly! I'm all about weight savings & bling too but I have a hard time justifying an oil pan that beautiful & costly if you'll never see it to appreciate.

    Re: Billet Oil Pan

I have to agree that the valve cover hits the bling for the buck factor over the pan.

Hopefully less $$ then Webbike. Just saying when the mod hits the $700-800 that's a big hit on mad mod money for my well loved 19 year old Zrex.
