Don't know if this will help, but I found it listed in the Bright Angel Gift Store. https://www.yelp.com/biz/bright-ange...canyon-village
Good Luck!!!

Kind of has a slight smoky flavor to it, which is a bit out of the norm for most hot sauces. Heat wise, it's just below Tobasco without the tangy vinegar taste.
I've been making turkey sandwiches for lunch lately and occasionally will spritz a little Tobasco on for some heat, which is ok but that Canyon sauce would be much better for that particular application.
For gumbo or other soups I like to spice up its only Tobasco. This Canyon stuff wouldn't go well with soups, for me. It's more at home on a philly cheesesteak.![]()
Actually, this stuff is pretty close. Maybe I'll just chase down a bottle of this.

Is there not a manufactured by, bottled by,or distributed by on the label?
I would just call the gift shop out there and ask them where they get the stuff.
Then buy a case of it and be set for a while.

Nice to know.
Not really a Louisiana style.
That Chipotle tobassco is OK for a different twist.

Slight off topic- not smoky
This is my go to local made.
It's pretty hot but good flavor. Good on chili, pizza and on top biscuits and gravy. Yum

My personal favorite whenever I can't get Fred's super sauce. It's also made right here in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

I'm gonna try to duplicate, maybe send you some of my own version if it's acceptable, Chris.
Can't reply to Doug with a quote but, to answer his question , I have habanero, ghost and reapers that I grew every way you can imagine .Fresh, pickled, canned, dehydrated, roasted in sauce and even roasted with peanuts. Doug, PM me with address and I'll send you some peppers if you want.

That's a nice little pepper garden you have there.![]()
That would be a pretty good trick. So many of the hot sauces out there are so different (subtly and otherwise) , I can't imagine figuring out one of the recipes. It blew my mind when I learned many years ago that Tobasco is aged in oak barrels for several years.
