    Stick coil difficulty

I apologize up front if I have posted this in a bad area or whatever, and for the fact that this is not about a ZRX but a ZX14r. It is notoriously difficult to change plugs but that aside, is there some special tool or technique you guys use to remove the stick coils. This is the first time these will have been removed so whatever is in there is from the factory. I managed to get a couple of them out with some difficulty, with twisting and pulling etc but the center plugs do not have room for me hands and I would like to prevent breaking anything. Any advice is much appreciated.

I have had to pry up on mine gently or the electoral connection goes in order to get mine to pop loose you have to be careful not to scratch up your valve cover though
