In reality, I know many of the people on this board personally, and I don't think anyone actually judges anyone on their sexual preference. I have, however noticed you are Canadian......
Yes, that would be the objectionable part.

I have a "Moto-Wife" (her term) who is lesbian and, despite our political differences, we really love each other. She rode with my wife and I on a long ride to Colorado and then a trip to ride in the Alps. This August we are all riding up to Yellowstone. I can spend the weekend at her place sans wife and we go for rides, work on her old Honda or go shooting. She's pretty cool and a member of the family.

As a libertarian, I don't GAF what people do behind closed doors as long as the other party is a consenting adult.

Now, if we were talking about beastiality, then I'm not sure what the age of consent is. But, that's a topic for another thread.

I feel the same way. I've had a long happy marriage and would have whether we'd bought a license and had a ceremony or not. But the way the laws are set up, we had to do that so that my wife could have my Social Security survivor benefits, group health, etc.

Well, yeah. The way our laws are written that's true. I know a pair of elderly sisters who have lived together their entire lives. They've got everything covered that they can in a will, but the things I mentioned above aren't possible without a marriage. As it happens, they both get about the same amount of Social Security, so it wouldn't matter to them, but suppose one of them had been the breadwinner, so to speak, and the other took care of the home front. If the breadwinner dies first, the other's in trouble if they're relying on Social Security.

I do not think I could be gay because I still remember when my finger went thru the toilet paper and I jumped off the turdlet with my pants still around my ankles waddling around the house yelling "Prison Rape". I spent the next 20 using the wife's toothbrush to clean my finger until the battery died. I had a talk with the finger and it agreed to go to counseling and not do it again.

Re: ZRXOA and homophobia... a serious discussion

We were in Canada on a family vacation - the two objectives were to fish and get away from it all ..1983?

We had a cabin on the north end of the upper Rideau - GREAT clear water - so clear , it looked 10' deep, but the anchor didn't come close - nice place to be & big lunkers - monster big Northern Pike

However - the cabins lacked showers , there was a communal shower building - 1 side guys , other side gals …

I was but a young buck and drying off on the guy side and I heard the 2 women on the other side giggling and laughing - people talked the night before as 1983 it was not everyday 2 attractive females went camping w ea. other - they were in a small tent ..so.... the happy sounds on the other side of the wall peaked my curiosity …

what did I find ? the OSB board has holes in it that were painted brown to blend in with the brown paint on the board - I , uh.... was young and curious - I was not on their radar so to speak, I foud a wad of TP painted and pulled it out ...as an old boy / young man that was an OH YEAH ! moment

That introduced me to something new - gay sex by 2 women, and ok, I was a voyeur , but I was so young .. morals were like the Animal House scene with the devil and angel

it took approx. 6 more yrs to witness two females w / ea other but , that time , I was part of the scheduled programming ( uh, yeah, wimmins are sexy w/ea other imho )

… 2 nights later on that vacation my brother and I found a pair of French Canadian sisters that were in our age groups and they wanted vacation excitement as much as we did ...wow

    - that French Canadian girl was an expert French kisser and I failed

    - My brother was caught by their parents in the act, I was too slow - I only got hands and fingers in and out of everywhere ..sooo close - but far enough to claim mission accomplished by such a young man as I was at the time

nothing wrong with peoples preferences - land of the free
