I can almost guarantee it's a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL!!!!!!!!!

I ran into a similar deal through Nextdoor last month. Here's a screen shot from the PM and response from the "seller".

Look familiar? No, I def' didn't respond after being asked for my email.

I think you're onto something!
I sent a PM back to the post originator and asked for the aunt's name. No reply. And the truck has been taken off NextDoor.com.
