Great find, Carl! Too bad I don't have room for two lifts or I'd have you bring that to Weaverville.

I'm amused thinking about you trying to get that back home on the back of your bike

    Re: lift

I've had one of these Handy pneumatics for the last 18 years. Been rock steady reliable. There's a pedal that you connect your air compressor hose to. The circlip type washer that creates the connection between the pedal "piston" and the actual foot pedal is the only weak aspect of the whole system. There will be bleed down over time but there should be a drop bar that engages "teeth" on the legs to keep everything right where it should be. EDIT: I now see the drop down "hold" bar in the CL photo.

EDIT: I don't see the factory pedal in the photo. You'll just need to figure out how to modulate the release of the air for a slow, steady lowering of the table.

Also, these things are ALL STEEL. No one man can move one. Two men minimum. Sliding around the smooth garage floor is possible.

I'm not completely useless. I can always be used as a bad example.

So I saw the ad and posted. I finally got a radio put in my truck. I will drive it all the time now cuz I sold the other car. so, A rash indicated he wanted it. I called the guy . I said I have the address in the ad. he said it was Diablo Grande. Not Patterson. Same mail. I told him i'd call back. Called Puffman he said he'd go. Got the truck back. Patterson is 20 miles Near I 5. 2 lane road lots of stops. Diablo is beyond that in a canyon. I shoulda just went.
