I am working on a single seat tail , and have seen a few that are either to long or to short.
The Compton style seems to be nice in all its proportions..
I am not planning a exat copy , as I wil intergrate the oem taillight and licence plate holder..
What I would like ,is that someone who's got a compton seat unit to take the measurment "A" as asked in the foto's.
I don't know for shore, but there seems to be 2 sizes available..(if you look closely the striping is a lot longer in one of the photograps)
or ist this just a optical illusion...

I believe that is the same tail piece in both photos. As mentioned above, SPORTSMAN (Don) has one of these tail pieces. I'm sure he would be happy to provide you with that measurement. Send him a PM.

Dimension A in your pic is 12 1/4 inches (311mm), and only one version of the tail is made
