Re: What did you do to your OTHER BIKE today?

Picked up my 81 GPz550 seat from the upholsterer. Thought I'd take a chance on a reproduction seat cover from Thailand. I'm pretty happy with it.

    Shiney seat is an original.

Put a new chain and sprockets on the DRZ-S and rode it to work every day this week. The ZRX is getting jealous.

I picked up a used set of CBR600 F4i Nissin calipers. After rebuilding them, my intention is to replace the OE front brakes of the V Strom which are currently wimpy 2 pot stoppers

Re: What did you do to your OTHER BIKE today?

You might need to keep an eye on the bike for a while. I tried a lot of ways to keep the straps on with the straps on the bike like that. When it hits a bump, the suspension compresses and the straps go slack until it rebounds. I finally gave up and went to the rear tire so the back of the bike could bob up and down all it wanted.

I got a strap thingy to go over the rear tire and down to the trailer frame, and that was the end of that.

I hope you have a great time!
