    yeah they were a local company here; showing lots of promise selling lots of units. I was sad to hear they were sold & are moving out of state...

    The factory that made "clean" transportation prolly used plastic or something that made emissions and was subject to cap and trade. Ride the train.

    In Ca. there is a cap and trade tax. The proceeds are going to build a 63 billion dollar bullet train. Maight also be cost over runs and maint. costs.

    I've ridden the Empulse R and the Enertia. Both are interesting but would never last long enough for a decent ride. At 55 mph you get 50 miles per charge. We have had those bikes here for so long now and they won't sell, even with a $4,000 (Making them $7k) discount they won't sell. I'd really like to ride the Empulse RR!!!!!

    They've been in Ashland, OR for some time- my friend worked as an engineer for them.
