For those who haven't been there, "no money" can sometimes be much harder to deal with than "some money."

Thanks Pete. I don't know how many hours you've spent on this, but I suspect it was way more than you were paid for.

Thanks for that "behind the scenes" help with the OA. Much appreciated.

Now go invent something else cool for my REX, eh?

Silver REXs are sooo subtle - they slide right under the enemy's radar, then WHAM - they're dead!

03 REX - Akra, K&N pods, Ivan's jets, Teds Advancer, airbox out and chainguard, Chrispy's mirrors, Biscuits rearsets, Greg's brace, Armz shift linkage, Wog's seat, 'n some other stuff

Thanks for your hard work Kwick...even though you took my hard earned money for mods!

At the end of the briefing Maj. Brian Robinson said to the RLI, "Good luck!" Then he turned to his own SAS and added, "Professionals don't need it!"

(O group for RLI and SAS prior to raid on Chomoio Nov. 23, 1976. 97 SAS and 88 RLI along with S/Maj. Stan Standish, who dropped into Arnhem in WW2...parachuted from WW 2 DC-3's and battled 10,000 of Mugabe's ZANLA at the Chomoio training centre in Mozambique.) At days end 3,000 ZANLA lay dead on the field.

Thank-You KWICK for all you've done to help me when I was having carburetor troubles, your through cleaning and re building work along with the new fuel petcock made my ZRX awesome again, and also for your keen hearing to catch the carb boot air leak that I couldn't detect.

Most people here have no idea how much time and effort you have put in to this place they keep coming back to... even I don't always know about all the work and kind deeds you have done, and I'm one of those so-called "inner-circle" guys.

    Thank-you.

    Kindest Regards,

    Jon

I'll be dogged, a "KWICK thread" that ISN'T in Page of Shame.

It was good to finally meet you at Skeenah, Pete, I was glad that you and "the other" Pete made the effort to travel that far. And thanks for the help and advice over the last decade, it has kept a couple of high mileage ZRXes on the road (which reminds me, I'm due a starter chain tensioner). Youse a good egg. Keep the faith, Brother.

Thank you for your work and dedication to the OA Sir.

    James Madison:
If Congress can employ money indefinitely to the general welfare, and are the sole and supreme judges of the general welfare, they may take the care of religion into their own hands;they may appoint teachers in every State, county and parish and pay them out of their public treasury; they may take into their own hands the education of children, establishing in like manner schools throughout the Union; they may assume the provision of the poor; they may undertake the regulation of all roads other than post-roads; in short, everything, from the highest object of state legislation down to the most minute object of police, would be thrown under the power of Congress…. Were the power of Congress to be established in the latitude contended for, it would subvert the very foundations, and transmute the very nature of the limited Government established by the people of America.

    I will never forget.
