Ok you characters....Eureka California , Samoa Drag strip.. Starting Friday nite at 5:30 with Free Street drags.. ( Time slips cost 5 bucks for three runs ) Yes I said FREE to race your buddy !!!
Saturday Qualifying begins at 9:30 and Racing starts at 12:30 sorta
Sunday same as Saturday.. I think it costs 30 bucks to race . 10 bucks to spectate..

Weather usually in hte high 60s low 70s..

At least two ZRXes will be running and maybe more..


Usually in the neighborhood of a dozen bikes from full on 8 second machines to late model R1s etc.

Bikes run against Motorcycles only , Except for Friday nite when you can run anyone you want to line up with

I haven't checked but Sat nite dusk to dark may be a free session also ..

THese people at the strip are great and it would be super to bring in a few more bikes for them..Even if it was just Sat OR Sunday..

We stay at the Strip, camping over nite is FREE . of course the only facilities are porta johns but with the cool air, noone seems to sweat much so it is not bad .. and if you feel the need, the local KOA charges about 30 bucks for a van and trailer..
