    ZZR1200 on the 1/4

    Anybody ran or run against a ZZR1200? Maybe .20 faster?

    Never seen one at the track. Always thought they would make a decent drag bike setup right.

    according to Motorcyclist..

    the 609-lb. 1200 still covered the quarter-mile in 10.12 seconds at 136.9 mph.

    Corrected time with a light skilled rider, I believe the zrx was 10.73 in the same mag for reference.

    still having a hard time with it, although i have seen a stock zrx 1200 go 10.94 at sea level with an experienced 190 lb. rider (+ gear).

    a 35 hp bump on a stock rex, and have aero body work, i would say its higher than that

    Stock hp is 145 plus ram air effect / 6 speed close ratio box geared 17/42 like the 1200 zrx . My ZX11 with 137 hp ran 10.17's geared 17/42 not 17/45 like a stock ZX11 D

    Fastest stock wheelbase , and motor 1/4 mile 10.0304 @ 136.48 MPH 1.6557 sixty foot 6.4966 1/8 mile @ 112.90 MPH , Best trap speed 148 with FCR 39 carbs , cams , base gasket removed , head work @ a 10.10 pass with a crappy 1.89 sec 60' due to carb bog off the line .

    I saw a light weight go 6.60s a couple of weeks ago thru slip-ons and lowered.
    Clark Kent 2005 1200 1/8 6.009/116.19mph, 1/4 9.54/124.19mph
    99 ZRX1100 1/8 6.27, 60ft 1.444/
    99 ZRX1100 Hired Gun 9.79

    i must have missed it when you took the zx11 to the track. those are some great numbers.
    the zzr weighs in at 609 lbs. how much did your zx 11 weigh at the time?
