    Hello from Alabama.

Hey, I'm Justin from West Blocton, AL. I've always like the ZRX but had an 15 year infatuation with a 90 Mustang GT get in the way. Now that I'm fully recovered and sold my Buell Ulysses, I've got a 03 ZRX. I hate to say it but, this is my first inline-4 and first bike with a chain. My first bike was a 84 Honda V45 then 02 Sportster 883 (Still have) and gone but not forgotten 06 Buell Ulysses. I bought my Rex from a member of Bama Rides forum who lives near Barber's Raceway.

    Re: Hello from Alabama.

Greetings. We looked at the bike the other week on our way out to Bawba. Zrxrob tried to get it but..........well, just stick around here and you'll see what Rob is all about.

Ingram69 and I are in Hoover. ZRXDark is in Alabaster. MPFab is in Pelham/Alabaster. Warren is in Montevallo. Mark444 is in south Hoover. Bomose is around this general area too. Got a nice contingent in the north part of the state.

Now you gotta figure out how yer gonna get to Suches GA with all of us the week of Memorial Day for the YTRAP Rally.

    Re: Hello from Alabama.

Wow, this is cool that there is so many local ZRX folks . By any chance what size allen wrench is the chain adjusters ? My set only goes to 8mm and that's for the clamp part.

Yea, one shaft drive and two belt drives. Now I have much to learn.

McGovZRX, what did you think of the bike?

    Gonna have to google YTRAP.

Looking forward to hanging out here a lot.

    Re: Hello from Alabama.

Rob was interested and made him an offer. But, again, you've got to understand Rob.

Chain adjusters (they're called eccentrics) is 12mm hex head. Big mo fo. The stock under seat tool kit has one in it. Well, from the factory they have one.

YTRAP is at Skeenah Creek Campground, Suches, GA. Just Google it. They have a website. It's about 30 miles north of Dahlonega GA on Georgia Highway 60.

Also, go to the forums main page of this board and find the rides section and find the link for the sub forum for the YTRAP Rally.

    Re: Hello from Alabama.

Thanks! I guess I'll stop by Sears in the Galleria today for a 12mm . Going there anyhow. I want to get chain tension set and eccentrics aren't lined up on each side. Seems easy to do according to shop manual.

I would have liked to have seen the conversation you guys had with the seller.

Hi Justin. PM ZRXROB AND KILLERKAW. They looked over the bike pretty good and have some opinions. I hope you got a good deal on it.
