I'm done rebuilding my zrex...for now at least

I finished my rebuild today, and took it on a test ride. I still need to adjust carb and steering a bit, but I'm mostly done for now. Thank you Ted, ROBIN, KWICK for hooking me up with awesome parts. ROBIN, the rear shocks work fantastic

Here's the list of what I've done to it:

    replaced wheel bearings & seals
replaced head stem bearings & races
    replaced handlebars & dumpers
    replaced tires (Pirelli Rosso Diablos)
rebuild front & rear brake master cylinders
rebuild front & rear calipers with new seals
    rebuild clutch master & slave
replaced brake & clutch lines with braided steel lines
    rebuild brake & clutch levers
    replaced front & rear sprockets
    new o-ring chain
rebuild and re-jetted carb with factory pro kit
    synchronized carb
    k&n pods
    rebuild petcock
    emgo glass fuel filter
    k&n crankcase breather
    muzzy block off plates
    4 degree ignition advancer
    KWICK'S LED flash relay
    LED turn signals
    hella 7" round headlight
aftermarket speedo and tach with indicators and water temp gauge
    painted header and replaced gaskets
    touch-up paint on frame
    painted plastics(metal black)
stripped and ceramic coated fuel tank
    replaced all fluids

My next plan for it is to have someone pull the dents off the tank and modify the tail section a bit. Until I graduate from school and make money for the plan, I'm gonna enjoy the ride

forget the cosmetics...when you can afford, do the suspension (shocks/forks.) It can save your life some day in an iffy situation...

Oh, I forgot to put fork rebuild and new rear shocks with 5000 miles-ish on my list. But, yeah, I might upgrade the suspension system later...maybe ohlins?
