they is either a delay time period or an posts minimun number before members access is kicked in. however on this new server system i do not know which or how long that time period is

Why does one have to be a member of the board to see the For Sale section? It seems to me the "board" would want owners to be members - and if I don't have a ZRX yet I can't access the For Sale section to buy one until I'm a member. But if I never complete a purchase, then I'm just a drain on screen names.... Just wondering....
