Reccomended rain covers for your gloves

Black, XL Nitrile powder free gloves make EXCELLENT glove covers to keep your leather gloves from becoming soaked in a storm. Black is fashionable and the Nitrile really stretches a long way. Even though they are listed as one-time use, these can be re-used a few times. A box usually sells for $7-10 on eBay or other places, and usually contains 50 pairs.

They come in bigger sizes too. I usually wear a XXL.

    Without gloves under them

I did it per instructions, too. It will bead up for the first ten minutes or so, then the gloves start to get wet. After a 1/2 hour of a good soaker, it's over.

This is deerskin (Lee Parks gloves), so cow/goat/pig/elk might be different.
