Will be my first trip down the 1320 since last spring. I'm just a little scaeeered and excited all at the same time. Not expecting to break any records but if I do, you'll hear no complaints. Just want to get used to the new setup and shake off some dust. Then in 2 1/2 weeks I'll be hunting turbo's.

What changed since the piston issue ?

Stage II porting, 6* rake on the frame, clip-on bars, went from 43 rear sprocket to a 44. Bike is about 2" lower than before and another 2" longer.

Man I need to get some lighter leathers. 184lbs fully suited. 165lbs in my skivvies. Bike sits so low now I had a hell of a time getting it loaded.

When you get to the track just unlatch the trailer from the ball and turn the screw jack down to get the trailer tilted enough so it lets you get a better angle on the trailer so it clears the oil pan....That what I`ve got to do...Just a though...

Nothing too great last night. Were a bunch of the big boys still there testing for the Gatornationals. They prepped the track earlier in the day for them and it was about wore off for us. Only got 3 runs in for being there 3 hours. Lots of breaks and oil downs from the shitty cars. Spun at the line my first 2 passes for a 9.36 and 9.40. Last pass I hooked but was a soft leave of a 1.51. Ran a 9.267. Didn't get to even play with jetting. Didn't expect much last night. Was my first passes since last spring. Still plenty fast to give Kawturbo1 a run at the Orlando Bike Bash in a couple weeks. I did learn that its time for a new tire and will probably shorten it up another link.

yes it was a bright sunshiny day out there. I didnt go. I was there sat night for the points race and got rained out. It rained all night out there and was still raining at 7:00am sun morning. but it cleared and was beutiful. So I guess Ted wins by default.

It was bright and sunny. They didn't start running until about 11:30. I made it to the 3rd round and put myself out. Had an easy win but thought I was way out front and chopped at the line. He came flying by me right at the line. Should of stayed in it.
