I had a set on my old yamaha FZR-600, mine were the light set and a very good upgrade from the stock 18 inch rear wheel..
I am guessing since they came off a zx11 the shouldnt be to hard to put on the zrx the only thing i am worried about is no cush drive.

So after some reading I am starting to think I will not be able to get the zx11 rear wheel on the 1200 arm is this true.

Yeah I am sure I can I was just think the 1200 was like the 1100 easy to put the zx11 wheels on it.

A-hem did you ever get those Chicanes adapted for your 1200?
Kinda got an issue. I have a set of Chicanes that came on my 1200 and well lets just say that I think a pack of raving tweakers put the rear on my bike. It's far from the way Kawasaki mounted the stock rims. I can hear the rear rotor rub the brake pads at low speeds and if does not coast very long so it's not aligned right. I think the rear has adapters for a another bike and those tweakers got lucky with some spare odds and ends they found lying about. Hell the left spacer has a race in it like it came out of another bike's random bearing. Already blew the drive side sprocket hub bearing once. All three bearings are the same size and that just ain't right. Not enough room to fit the left hand dust seal either.
Advice on who to have machine the right adapters would be appreciated.
If you are a pickle in a pickle jar you know every pickle's different, sort of, but really they're all just pickles...They taste the same.
I happen to be working on putting a set of PM Cyclones on my 1200 right now.
I'm waiting for the center spacer to get machined (wheels are off a ZX9) because the original was a 25mm id, and we need 20mm.
It looks like the sprocket side stock spacer (from the ZRX) will work just dandy.
On the brake side, the ZX9 uses the same rotor as a '93 ZX7, so I had to get a ZX7 caliper carrier which also has a 25mm id in the spacer, which I'm going to sleeve to 20mm, and it looks like I'm going to need to have a 25mm wide spacer machined for between the caliper carrier and the wheel.
I also have a set of RC Comp wheels for a GSXR that I'm going to have the correct hubs machined to fit the ZRX next winter and the PM's will go on my 900 Z1/ZRX project bike and the RC's will get a new home on the ZRX.
Stay Tuned!
