One of the best days ever!!!!

After getting my 8yr old son a KLX110 and letting him crash it and fall off of it too many times, all in one day, due to its size. I got a CRF50 and he hopped right on and rode it like it was second nature. We went out once over the weekend and again today after he got his homework done.It is awesome that he is developing a great want and desire to ride.I finally have someone to ride with that wants (for now) to go as bad as I do, this is so awesome.Ive had a smile on my face for the last three days.He is really good for being his first time on a bike.HE has great balance even through deep thick sugar sand, mud and ruts. Of course Im a great teacher and give nuthing but POSITIVE reinforcement when he makes a mistake........

Im on the KLX110, Cant imagine what it would have looked like if I were on the 7mm stroked KLX300.....
LMAO!!!!! This was the best part of the day

    Way to roost him!

For Christmas, get him some tear off's.

Don't wait till Christmas for some gear. Shorts on a motorcycle/mini bike is a big no-no

You can work that klx up to a 143 with minimal work. Add the 26mm carb and a big foam air filter. It'll haul your carcass around real good!

Awesome! Good job getting him on a bike! My son has the XR50 (he's 7) and has been riding close to a year. I love riding with him!
