Hallo everyone, I did own a 99 ZRX 1100 untill I came home and found the house empty.
Had to sell the ZRX to pay bills, that was several years ago.
Met a new lady got married again and now I own 4 bikes.
They are 1984 GPZ900r,1986 GPZ900r and a 1988 GPZ900r + a parts bike from the wreckers.
I will buy another ZRX one day but at the moment I'm working ,have 5 kid's,2 dog's and a lot of mods to do to the 1984 900.
Some of the mods include-
ZZR 1100 radiator
No mid or lower fairing
17in ZZR 1100/600 wheels
310mm discs
Renthal super bike bars,bar end mirrors
Things to do- Spin on oil filter,ZZR1200 sump,Pingel fuel tap,fit new carb kit,ape pod filters and a yoshi 4into 1 ss and carbon fiber exaust system.
I am also getting some of Kwiks starter tensioner fixes for the 900's.

I'v been talking to Nick on the 900 owners club site, the rad and wheels are already on the 900. The bike always ran hot summer and winter, did everything to sort it out and ended up fitting the rad from the ZZR1100 and that sorted the problem. The coolant mix is different also with only 16% concentrated coolant and the rest distilled water and water wetter mix, now the bike can run through 45deg c days with the temp gauge only just reaching half way.

Welcome Dave....So oversea's yooz got 900'in 84-85 86-87-& 88? got pics? Over here we had the 900 in 84-85...86-87 was the 1000R...I had a red 86...
Wonder why we get certain models only for so few year runs and longer stints over the pond??
Like me 'ol 1100F was 83 only here and 3 yrs. there? Anyone know?Kinda feel jaded!
Like to see pics of later year GPZ's you had...were they different other than colors/graphics?......AJ This was mine in '92...
