FP3.0, UNI Pods, Open Header, FP Ignition Advancer

Hi. I am new to the site and was just wondering if you had any reccomendations as to what settings to use when jetting and adjusting the carbs with my setup.
I have the following: FP 3.0 Jet Kit, Unifilter PK-92 Pod Filters, FP Ignition Advancer and an open header. I would also appreciate any information on a header that is made purely to be run open. I have only seen those meant to be attached to a silencer. I guess what I am looking for would be similar to one found on a drag bike. Thanks for your help. Oh yeah, the bike is an '02 REX

138-140 Kehien main jets, needle clips in 3rd slot from top w/2 washers on top, stock 35 pilot jets, mixture screws out 3 turns. That should put you in the ballpark. You'll need to fine tune on a real dyno or your butt dyno from there.

Almost all of the aftermarket exhaust systems available for the ZRX can be run with an open header, just remove the baffle or remove the end can/megaphone . I don't know anyone that can tolerate that kind of noise on the street though.

just run no midpipe/can if ya want open header.......... LOUDER THAN PUK !!!!!!!!!

I have a Tig-Mario 4-2-1 from Japan, i also think Hindle do a 4-2-1 and K factory and a few others but i cant rem the name.

your gonna have a hard time running a purely open head pipe, i tried with the supertrapp i have and with the clips on the 6th and 2 washers under the bike would still lay down at around 6-8k here is a idea of what i did, good luck and dont listen to the vag'es it aint too loud
