Can't be off this particular bike, though, because my stock head pipe doesn't have any way of bolting this thing on. The stock pipe isn't even bent in a way that would allow it to mate up with the stock pipe.

I did find out my carbs are indeed untouched, though. So that's good at least.

Looking at the can and the fact that it appears to go from 2" to 2.25" I would bet it is a bolt\slip on from Hindle for a ZX10\12R type bike, or the old style Hindle Race for a ZRX. Which BTY would fit on MY Hindle header!!! And yes I am looking for one. I need the dimensions to confirm it thou.

And THAT kiddies is a real full Muzzy.

FWIW, If you wanna keep the airbox, get a Factory Pro 2.0 kit. Jets in it to do stock exhaust, or full. So, when you upgrade, you don't have to buy anything else. And, if you set it up per the instructions, you don't have to keep dicking with it like the DynoJunk kit.

Yes it works. If you want to go one step further, install four NAGZ stock needles and run 95 mains across all four carbs. Your 05 has larger down pipes than a 01-03. With an after market bolt on can it flows damn near as good as a after market low end header. This was confirmed by Factory pro. I had this setup on my rex and it was awesome set up this way. PM Nikorex as he is running my old 04 stock header with a bolt on and the same jetting as I have mentioned. Others on here are running the same setup as I mentioned and love it. It really wakes the stock boat anchor exhaust up. Down side to the stock 04-05 header is the weight. My Hindle with a Yosh carbon fiber can weights in at 12 pound for the whole system. When I got the Hindle it had a bull dogged can, shipping weight was 6 POUNDS!!!!
