Headlight shell and lens could probably come of a Zephyr or similar.

i'd be using this with a different light, so the bottom bracket wouldn't have anywhere to attach.

Headlight bracket part # 11051-1255 already has the mounting ears attached so they don't need to be purchased seperately.

yes, the zr7 bracket has the ears connected, i like the oem zrx version better though, it relocates the signals lower and looks nicer (imho)

Ah, so that is the bracket with the satin-finished mtg. ears.

I think it looks nicer than the chrome ZR7 bracket too, but I'm probably gonna get the ZR7 bracket and paint it semi-gloss black 'cause I don't have much dough to spend.

Now, if someone would trick these side pieces out, that would be cool. Maybe cut a "window" into them that cuts down on their profile but yet leaves them rigid enough to do their job?

I can confirm that ALL models of the Zephyr 1100 head lamp unit can be used (Glass lens) + the outer Chrome securing ring.

This will make the beam angle correct if you source state side, it also reduces the cost of the kit by 20,500 Yen and will vastly reduce the shipping cost too.

So just to go over it again:

Can be replaced with their US counter part from ALL Zephyr 1100's.

I always used the PM here on the board, you could try over at the ZRXOC (England and Europes version of the OA, I am signed up over there but have not been on in a long time, I understand he is active over there also under the same screen name.
