Can videos, links to videos, links to utube, butt tube, links to links to videos, all be put in one place?

We have a "videos" forum. It says videos of and by members, but there are links to outside videos on there. We have links to videos in every other forum as well.
I get tired of clicking a thread only to find it is a video, and I dont want to spend the time downloading and watching a video. I might go look at it when I have larger amounts of time to kill.

If I want to watch youtube videos, I'll GO to youtube.
