Re: Possible counter shaft seal leaking

Yes the slave unbolts and can just be moved out of the way with the line intact. As long as you donít grab the clutch lever the piston will stay put and you wonít need to bleed anything.

I'm probably only a player at a 5+ price. I wouldn't bother Scott unless we get a few other folks.

  12. Re: Help Wanted: DC Motor, need to reverse direction of operartion....

If I'm looking at it correctly, it looks like the brushes are soldered to big ass braided harnesses to connect them where they're supposed to go. Why not just replace them with your own wiring to...
  13. Re: Any opinions on the best (Cheapest) OEM parts website. Thanks in advance

partzilla or ronayers. Depends on the part.
  14. Re: Now Open: Patrick's Southern Maine ZRX Shop!

Well I did a poor job documenting the last bits, but the bike has been handed back over to its owner! With the new seal the oil leak has been fixed, and a new OEM bulb did the trick to fix the...

Re: I am not a Harley mechanic

I've helped change the oil and transmission oil on my fathers Harley and I can't get over the fact that the oil filter sticking out the front (directly over the pipes) means that you spill oil all...

  18. Re: Now Open: Patrick's Southern Maine ZRX Shop!

It's funny, you mentioned in your brakes thread that it takes three hours to do the job. I've been timing all the work on this project, and from the first bolt coming off to being back on the bike...
