Re: Carb synching and air cut off valves

Here are a few pics. The first one shows the synch tool and the tach at about 1100 RPM. The other two pics show the connections for the synch tool. The splits in the lines are the reducer inserts to...

I took them off the bike, completely disassembled them, and cleaned them in an ultrasonic cleaner. Put in new O-rings from Kwick and the block off plate. The only thing I didn't use was a Kawasaki...

  12. Pilot air screws broken off in the carb body

So I'm cleaning my carbs and I'm the first person to ever take these screws out (I had to drill out the plugs). I gently tried to turn them in to see how many turns out they were set at. They were...

Re: ZRX has been in garage since 2006

One thing Kwick mentioned to me was to go to the maintenance manual and perform all of the periodic service tasks. I think they're also in the owner's manual. You have some work ahead of you but...

Talked to Kwick. I have some carb parts coming to get me started. If this bike is as good as you guys say, I may have to sell one or two of my other bikes to feed the monster. Thanks for the help!
