    I rarely take the key out of the ignition. I ride back and forth to work and the bike is locked in a garage both places. Sometimes I go for rides for fun, but generally leave and return to the house...

    I had a Suzuki GSX1100G once where the previous owner had a bunch of keys that did that to the upper and it polished out, but it is hard to tell from the picture how bad yours is.:LawnBoy

    What did that run ya'? being that the design comes from their aircraft heritage, I can see why you'd fix it. What about the wear from the keys around it? Any way to polish that out?

    It's been a while since I pulled them apart and they needed a LOT of cleaning. I think I remember the thicker seals going in the bottom of the cylinder and the thinner ones up top. Am I correct?
