    Word to the wise...…...This was mentioned on the FB FJR1300 page, but as usual I forgot the tip.

    The screws that hold the saddlebag lock tumblers to the locking tabs are supposed to have locktite....

    Buy a good water test kit. Test daily until you can predict what your tub needs. Buy your chemicals in bulk online.. Avoid dealers like the plague.

    I've never had a chance to try the stock seat, it came with a Sargent and the Russell. I tried the Sargent first, as that's what I had on my ZRX Plus I thought the Russell looked a little funky....

    There's a lot to like. The most impressive thing for me is well the linked brakes work in a panic stop.

    The only thing I don't like is the weight to seat height relationship.

    Except for that, it's an amazing machine and perfect for me.

    I have a '14 and love it.

    It came with a Russell, Garmin Nuvi, top trunk, bag liners.....and a Sargent in case the Russell didn't sit me
