  1. Re: Heino's broken pilot screw issues..(initial observations.)

Hope it will work. But if not, and he can't find the rare carbs, just run the others if they are the same hook-ups and such.. It's only 1 mm in bore size, so that last 200 RPM at red line might get...

    Re: The great vibration mystery

    ^g

The whole bike will viberate if the balancer rolled upside down while the case was opened up.

Also, aftermarket front sprockets don't have the rubber isolator, so they transmit vibration...

I'll bet there was considerable upset on having to brace the structure with that "X" in the church. Better that than having a pile of rocks where it once stood.

    Re: Totally meaningless victory

Not meaningless. As one who kept adding more power, to make sure my Vette was faster than the others in our group, I understand the meaning.

One of the guys will have a GPS with those numbers. The FAA just wants to know where the field is, but speaks only legaleze. The "polygon" (many sided shape) is the shape of the rectangle on the...

FI big advantage is better fuel atomization, as only vaporized fuel burns. For a guy who doesn't have the stuff to reprogram the CPU, carbs might be better to work with, but he still has to...

Not likely. I think you will be fine.

The rule seems arbitrary. There are nearby buildings, and the airport is about 3.5 miles away.

I would take it up with the FAA or ignore the rule. Don't make me come over there!! :anmad:

Your field doesn't look like it would be an issue. Pattern altitude at most fields is 1000' AGL, and you are not under the pattern. They don't have a control tower, but they do have a female...
