Re: Hey, any air cooled VW guys out there?

There's a place here in Denver called Painters Grinding that sells air-cooled VW motors pretty cheap on an exchange basis. Not sure if the price difference would make up for shipping.

    Power Commander V

I pulled the PC-V out of my 2012 Connie, went with a Shoodaben reflash. The PC-V was $299 from Fuel-Moto, the autotune module another $249. This will fit a 2010-2014 Connie. The flash they did was...

Glad you had a good time. I did catch some fish. Got this guy the second day out. Not the biggest I've ever caught, but probably the prettiest color and marking. He was 39", I didn't get a weight....

Re: Ordered a new set of tires

Kawasaki suggests 42PSI. I've kept my latest PR4 GT front at 40+ with no cupping. I ran the last one at 37-38, and did see some cupping.

I'm on my second set of PR4 GTs on my Connie. First set lasted a little over 10K, probably a little over 3K on my second set. Inflation on the front tire is important to avoid cupping. I had a bit...
