    Re: Ethanol-Free fuel questions?????????

Startron works... Period. I use it year round in my bike. In the winter I add some Stabil also.

It may be expensive, but you only need a tiny amount to treat the fuel in a small tank. Available...

Re: In line water temperature sensor housing.

I have mine attached to a Trail Tech striker

Not sure why but modding the housing works well also. Plus it puts the sensor where Kawasaki has theirs also. Doesn’t make much difference since bike...

I have this installed on the hose that goes from thermostat housing to upper right of radiator. Under the tank. Works great. No leaks.

    Re: Carbon Fuel tank build

Over the years I have installed several carbon fuel tanks - and the #1 problem is fuel compatibility. I would strongly recommend using a bladder of some sort if possible - probably very expensive and...

Re: I HATE scraping old gasket material!

looks good - you can remove the sound / vibration damper if you want - probably will never notice it is gone (I don't). Do make sure to clean the oil tube and make sure it is installed though - and...

Re: Custom Ti cam cover screws..

They look fantastic Brian - question - why did you choose to use only a small o-ring on the bolt? why not one on the flange as well?

And, what are the chances of having a set made ? :-)

Dynojet jet kit per their instructions generally works very well for a stock engine with a full exhaust

    Re: Dekelvek 1100 owners

Stick with 35 pilots. 2.5 turns out on the screws.

The needle is the most important thing. Good jet kits have good profile and adjustments

    Re: E Track Question

Would suggest offsetting the chocks by 2-6” or so especially if putting three bikes on a narrow deck. Prevents handle bars from banging etc.

With aluminum deck you might want to cut a few pieces...

Budzrx makes heavy bar ends that he will machine for car end mirrors. Works well. Or he can machine your stock bar end weights.
