    +1
    I like my sargent.

Corbin is heavier, and wider. Feels like a longer reach to the ground when stopping. I didn't like it.

    Re: Caliper rebuild question

The thinner one is the dust seal, so that sounds correct. I don't know if they would fit the other way around.

    Re: Checking in from Wisconsin

When I first got mine, I thought it was a monster. Didn't take long to tame her, and that's when the mods began.

    Re: Balancer Oil Seal

You will only destroy the old one. Use a deep socket to install.

I found it interesting the ZZR motor uses a spacer between the arm and seal.

    Re: The stars aligned!

Early versions where welded, but no longer available.

New ones use springs, and look racier

Doesn't sound to far off. Holeshot advertised 15 lbs savings on their US website.

Cut it open, and post your findings.^p

Re: ZX1200 Sprocket (front) for ZRX1200?

Using the spacer just makes it the same as a ZRX.

No difference or advantage gained other than choices of specialty sprockets.

Re: ZX1200 Sprocket (front) for ZRX1200?

Used the ZZR sprocket on my ZZRX build after converting the trans spacer.

Re: ZX1200 Sprocket (front) for ZRX1200?

    Which ZX1200???

ZZR, (ZX1200"C"), sprockets work, but require a 5mm spacer behind the nut, because of the shorter
    shaft collar.

It's a factory drag bike, you won't want to ride it very far.

Re: Fuel line stuck on Petcock

Use whatever will get it off, cause you need to replace it anyway. If it doesn't come off by hand, it will cause carb issues soon.
