    Oh! Also check the right side frame rail bolts there at the top where they hide behind the coolant hose. They're known to jump ship. How they manage to do that with the hose int he way nobody has...

    These won't resolve the vibration through the foot pegs, tank or seat, but they sure made holding onto the handle bars much more pleasant. :thumbs:

    Also check that all the engine mounts are properly secure and none of the mounts broken.

    If your engine has been apart, it could be that the balancer was not installed properly. I guess that could also occur from the factory, but highly unlikely.

    If we're truly doing a direct engine comparison here, your built 1224 will far out perform your previous unbuilt (stock) engine with or without a lightened crank. There has to be more to this story.
