    AV80R's BMW R1200RTP "Poncherello"

    So the plastic pulleys on both throttle bodies (one on each side) is cracked. If they fail, you're stuck and can't move.

    New ones are $1700 so there's no way that repair is happening. I'll come...

    Ken, that's correct. You slap the glue on and let it dry. Then you apply the fabric and can peel it up as needed to readjust. Once you like where it's at, a hot iron increases the bond.
