That would not represent punishment to that crew, more like a reward.

Nice story with a happy ending, but a thread titled "squirrel season" should at least mention if the hunting was good, how many squirrels were harvested, etc, at least something about...

Re: 2005 Kawasaki ZRX 1200R Pennsylvania

Yep, the mid-pipes on the polished stock systems rarely discolor because they are too far from the heat source. That's a stock 05 header/mid-pipe with a carbon Muzzy bolt on can like Steve said.

It is copied magazine/advertising text. The shop that's selling it just copied it from somewhere.

Re: Any of you guys into knives?

The Leek is a great, inexpensive carry knife. I know of one other Brian on this board that carries one also. The Kershaw Chive is the smaller version of the same design, but about half the size,...

I'll take Hershey's chocolate over Nestle every day of the week. I won't touch Nestle. No comparison whatsoever.

Same numbers I made with the exact same set up. The only exception is that I have a Kerker megaphone. This pretty much proves that the BW system is comparable to all of the other aftermarket...
  10. Re: Holy smokes, $94 for OEM water temp switch!!!!

They are identical other than the connection. Just order one now because the wire on the one you just ordered will break again in a few years.

  11. Re: Holy smokes, $94 for OEM water temp switch!!!!

If you buy a new one, be sure to order one for a 1200 because it is an improved design that has a spade connector epoxied into the end instead of the flexible (ultimately breakable) wire sticking...

This is a somewhat common problem with ZRX tanks. Its been reported here by more than a few members. Blue 03s seem to be the most susceptible. I seem to remember it being more common in northern...

Thus proving my point that it's a common ZRX carb issue. I never said to use a hammer either, though a few "taps" with the wooden handle works too.

It doesn't matter where they build them, if they use BMW drivetrain/chassis/suspension they are not Toyotas. They're just expensive, unreliable BMW junk.

If the fuel is only leaking when it's running, you have a float needle stuck open. Try tapping on the float bowls with a screwdriver handle to free them up, and then drain the float bowls. Turn the...

So it's not a Toyota Drivetrain or chassis. BMW?? WTF, there goes the long history of rock solid Toyota reliability down the drain. The Z4 no less.
