I think for me, being on a m/c made me become so much more aware of traffic and how it's functioning around you. In a car, you have a chance of surviving an accident unscathed.

My 1st motorcycle (kind of) was a mini-bike I acquired at age seven I believe. It was a roller, no engine, seat, chain, cent. clutch, or throttle. It had a single rear scrub brake.

While on my ride yesterday, I got to thinking. I do a lot of that while riding.

Anyways, I was wondering if any of you thought that being a m/c rider makes you a better driver? I got my driver's...

    Re: Ist November ride!

We may get some snow here from time to time. For the most part, it only lasts a day or two. Salt is never used on the roadways here, only cinders.

Back on Christmas Day in 2017, I went for a...

Gonna be a gorgeous day here in N. AZ. tomorrow. I'm hitting the road, hoping to see the better part of 200 miles or so.

I have about $30.00 in my wallet, so I should be good to...

$2500.00 OBO is a pretty decent price for a new all-aluminum trailer. Steel trailers will rust in a heartbeat if they ain't protected from the weather while not being used. ^p

  16. Re: NorCal PG & E bracing for fire season with extreme measure?

It's quite windy today here in N. AZ. as well. I simply cannot fathom what some of the CA. residents are going thru. It's like a scene out of a disaster movie, except it's real. :(
  17. Re: NorCal PG & E bracing for fire season with extreme measure?

We had a lot of smoke here today in our area. Problem is, we don't have a local tv station to report about it. I watched some Phoenix stations and they just kind of glossed over it. No real report as...

I took my share of pics of my bikes, but it never once occurred to me to take a pic of my bike and me.

I tend to be camera shy. The fewer pics of me, the better off I feel.
