    I did not notice any increase in vibes But I have to wear gloves due to vibration regardless of which bar end weights are on the bike

    yes we found that out. Hence the high volume pump Added lubrication and pumped up the pressure We were young and not exactly engineers :)
    But it held together for the season and we replaced it...

    I always get this backwards
    If my bike is in gear and my hand is off the clutch It will not start
    I can never remember if that's engaged or disengaged
    But it won't regardless

    open up the hole where you put the oil in and have someone pull in the clutch.
    You will see the clutch move in line the tensioner for potential damage over time
    A ZRX will not start in gear with...

    Do not touch the clutch lever
    Start in neutral or if you are on a hill place in neutral and hold with the brake

    It could be a dry chain or one with a tight section
    You could try spraying the chain with a quality chain cleaner or washing out with varsol blow dry it and see if you can find it by hand baring...
