    Some poop about having to fly to Italy to learn how to do it.

    It is ALL I can do to carry it from the back bedroom to the shop. Probably two large Flat Rate boxes for most of the contents and one 30 pound UPS box. Figure $100 for shipping should cover it...

    I still have my 1999 ZRX1100.

    I did give away my ZRX magazine collection yesterday to make room for my Machining books and magazines though...it was a couple hundred pounds of prime material.

    As I have told many, buy an extra rebuild kit for the future either way. Guys are going thru this with Works shocks now.

    Anything that will machine stainless will machine Titanium.

    You can do Titanium on a Taig Micro II lathe, on a 7x16" Seig/Little Machine Shop lathe, a completely shagged TechShop Jet lathe, a HarborFreight/Seig mini mill....heck, I even cut it on my Ryobi 9"...

    Stock exhaust header?
    If so, the baffle weld(s) can crack internally and make a racket.

    As the cork gets out it absorbs oil and actually gets thicker.
